We invite you to become a part of this amazing event as we honor the mothers and community members in our orbit. Help us honor our program graduates, key supporters, and heroic community members. With the 2025 SHEROs Awards, we'll be shining a light on local leaders with a commendation from the City of Oakland. The single mothers are organizing and leading a fashion show as the highlight of the event, and you won't want to miss the joy and the energy!
We will also have light bites from Montperi Catering and a mix of beverages along with wines from Cittavino & Co. Gorgeous flower displays from Fleurish Floral Designs and floral sculptures created by one of our program participants under the guidance of Freya, owner or Brother & Sisters Flower Shop will punctuate the scene.

YOUR SUPPORT WILL ALLOW US TO:
- Expand our housing services to 10 families as a trusted, long-term partner in the City of Oakland’s coordinated entry system for homeless families and expanded housing alliance.
- Hire 8 single mothers in customer service positions at urban furniture and boutique
- Provide leadership opportunities for single mothers through our employment social enterprise and CA RISE participation.
- Promote program graduates into advanced employment positions.
- Build our organizational capacity through strategic hiring.
